These terms govern your use of The Dream Life Blueprint, operated by ESNY Connect, Inc.. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the app. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you and anyone you deliberately share it with.
Financial connections and no financial advice
Connecting a financial account is optional and is provided through Plaid. Balances, transactions, and projections shown in the app may be delayed or incomplete and are for informational purposes only. Nothing in The Dream Life Blueprint is financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice. Decisions you make are your own.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESNY Connect, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
